Star Apple, Baby Burrito and More

Today we’ve got a black bean filled baby burrito, with Vegan Cheese, and some lettuce. The tortilla is locally made, we finally found a local source – pretty exciting! The apples I finally remembered to cut in the direction where that star is visible. I think it is the coolest thing that there is a star smack dab in the middle of every apple on earth. Two strawberry frosted star cookies, some black olives and edamame and applesauce to finish it off today. Delicious!
