Scrambled Egg Sandwich with Veggie Cheese and More

Oooh my fav today - a scrambled egg sandwich (homegrown hen egg), if you want to see photos of our hens check out Mama's knitting blog! They are real beauties. The egg sandwich has some veggie cheese, and some mayo or maybe Miracle Whip...not sure. For sides today we've got a diced organic apple, some Raspberry Soy Yogurt, and some Almond Nut Thins (they are my new favorite cracker) and a handful of peanuts. To drink we'll have some Rice Dream Rice Milk today. Tasty!
