Pesto Pasta, Rice Ball and More

Summer is coming – Pesto Pasta is a favorite when the weather warms up. We had some sushi rice with dinner last night so I like to roll up some rice balls to use in lunches for the rest of the week…as pictured here. Fruit sides include organic diced apples and some sliced organic strawberries. To drink we’ll have some Rice Dream Rice Milk.
