Peanut Butter and Jelly on Homemade Bread and More

Back to School means back to lunches! Look forward to a lunch a day again...at least that's my goal! I'll have to make 2 a day so I'll do my best to post at least one a day! So here we have a peanut butter and jelly on homemade whole wheat bread. A diced organic apple, peanut butter filled pretzels, a dollop of organic applesauce, a couple of fig cookies and a sweet treat in the middle are our sides for the day. The sweet treat is a chocolate covered star cookie. Mmm. Happy Back to School and Happy Lunching! Almost forgot - to drink we'll just have some refreshing water!
