Hot Dog on a Bun, Strawberry Jello and More

Guy has been begging for this lunch for days! He's got a real hankerin' for Jello since he saw someone had it 'hot lunch style' at school the other day. He told me he's never had jello before (he's 5) so I bet he has - but I could be wrong. Anyway he's particular about his hot dogs too - so this hot dog is cut into slices, on a wheat MT bun, with ketchup on only on one side of the bun (if he were at home this ketchup couldn't be touching the hot dog itself). I don't get it. We've also got a side of organic strawberry applesauce, a handful of honey graham crackers, some organic orange slices and of course the strawberry jello. To drink we'll have some rice dream rice milk. Pretty yummy Friday Lunch Treat!
