Chinese Noodles, Organic Croutons and More

Weird I know. Simon loves croutons - I mean I do too but he saw them sitting on the counter this morning and wanted them for breakfast so we made a deal that they'd go in his lunch instead. So we've got a delicious container filled with two flavors of diced organic apples, a container full of leftover Vegetable Tofu Noodles from our favorite Chinese restaurant, Mmmm! And some lemon soy yogurt. Oh and the croutons! And to drink we'll enjoy some Odwalla Strawberry Citrus C juice today.
