PB&J, Pesto Tort (that last of it), hard boiled egg (from one of our happy hens), and a fruit snack roll, and a chocolate chip cookie.

Let’s see here.  We’ve got the standard PB&J sandwich, some macaroni and cheese, some pesto tortellini, chocolate chip cookie and a hard boiled egg.  Yum!

I haven’t been so good about taking photos lately…but I’ve still been making a bento lunch for Simon everyday, when he goes to school and even when he doesn’t. He’s missed two days already. heh. Here is the lunch for today. We’ve still got pesto pasta (Simon’s fav), then grapes, orange slices, a couple of meatballs, there is a fruit roll snack in the sauce container today, and baby corn and rice milk. Mmmm.

On store days I’ll be packing Gussy a lunch too. So Gussy has a bagel with peanut butter (Simon cannot bring peanut butter to school – holy that’s gonna be tough), bean burrito with cheese, baby corn, cooked carrots, and a fruit snack roll and rice milk.
